Reserve and Secure your Equipment with Online Booking in Advance

It is important to make a reservation (below) when planning your day out, there is never a guarantee that your equipment will be available unless you make a reservation or appointment in advance.

We make the process of making your reservation easy, fast, and convenient, and you will get an automatic email that confirms your reservation as well as a reminder an hour before.

All persons using recreational equipment or participating in activity workshops must complete a Get Outside KY Liability Release and Waiver in addition to booking their equipment in advance.

We are easy to find in Berea, located at 204 Estill Street, Suite C, a street side annex located on the southern side of the Log House Craft Gallery. We are two blocks from the famous Boone Tavern Hotel and Restaurant which represents our town's center.

There is ample street parking and our location is wheelchair accessible. We are open 6 days a week, normally closed on Mondays, with the exception of some major holidays for groups that make their appointments and reservations well in advance.

Note: All persons that are using equipment at their own leisure for recreational purposes are required to sign a Get Outside KY Liability Release using their own smartphone or personal computers. Those who do not have a smartphone or PC, are welcome to complete a paper form at our office before checking out their rental.
